In my opinion, this is the best cabin at the best price in Lower Moonridge ~ The owners have already taken care of the most important upgrades since they bought ~ The roof was replaced in 2020, windows in both 2020 & 2023, new heater in 2021, new sewer main line from house to street in 2022, and upgraded electrical panel, EV charger installed and lighting in 2023 ~ These are some of the improvements that have been done ~ As you arrive you will immediately picture yourself relaxing on the front deck with your feet up, enjoying your morning cup of coffee and reveling in the sounds of the wind through the trees and birds singing as they greet a new day ~ When you step in you are welcomed by the wood burning fireplace and the remodeled kitchen with its granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances ~ Through the living room you will find the game room with plenty of space for entertaining and adding extra sleeping space for the kids ~ Just when you think it is impossible to like this modified A Frame cabin anymore, you walk out into the backyard ~ There you find the gas firepit, room for a horseshoe pit, and fenced for the kids and fur babies ~ All this and walking distance to the golf course, Moonridge Corridor where you have Dank Donuts, Moonridge Coffee and the shuttle to take you skiing and snowboarding ~ Centrally located to the lake, grocery stores and Village ~ This is the one you have been patiently waiting for, don't let someone else get it first!
